Bonjour,

Today i got a little surprise through my letter box from a blog sale, now, normally i don't buy anything that's in blog sales, but when i first layed eyes on this i knew i wanted it and therefore had to have it. I paid a fiver in total, including postage and package for this little beaut, and i brought it from Jess. I think you should all check out her blog and follow, and also look at what she has on offer from her blog sale. I love her posts! :)

I have a huge headache today and a slight worrying problem with my sister, that i don't know what to do about. (As always.) So excuse me for not really being in the mood to blog much tonight.. I'm going to  make this a quick post.

I have a love for music, as do most of us, i would like to think, weather its rap, hip hop, jazz or pop. We all have a type of music we love to rock out to, or chill too.. (I happen to think Magic FM is great to play soothing chill music late at night.) Theres always a song stuck in my head, weather its really old from the 60's (Trust me, yesterday it was the "Beach Boys"..LOL) or really modern such as "Jessie J" anyways lately the song that's been in my head is by one of my favourite singers EVER.. the gorgeous PINK!!

So here it is, for all of you to enjoy!!

So do you guys have any favourite TV shows? or any you have seen from beginning to end and you know most of the episodes, and you have fallen in love with the characters, maybe they remind you of yourself..or people you know! I'm not too much a of a TV watcher, and will only stick with a show long enough, if i like the plot and the characters. I thought i would do a little post on some of the shows  i grew up with and that i have seen every episode of, and some of the series's i watch now and never tire of.

Series 's from these days that i ADORE:

LOST - I love this show and found that it had me gripped from the very beginning. I started watching it really late when everyone who had been watching from day one was waiting for season 6 to come out i was only then starting season 1, but it was worth it. Amazing show!

Favourite character: Jin. Charlie. Kate. Sawyer. Hurley.

Character to hate: easy, Benjamin.

Favourite line: a lot of serious, thought provoking ones, but i'll leave you with a joyful one.

HURLEY- Did either of you see a guy run through here... in a bathrobe... with a coconut?
CHARLIE- Urm no, I saw a polar bear on roller blades with a mango.

The lost cast.

FRIENDS - You can not say you haven't seen this show, its one of those shows that even the reruns will be around forever, even though it has finished, the reruns that come on the TV still get the whole family together sitting around the sofa watching it and laughing. Everybody had a favourite character and everybody had favourite lines from their favourite episodes. One of the best shows to EVER come out on TV.

Favourite Character: Chandler. :)

Character to hate: Hm, Janice.

Favourite line: so many but i guess i will just post any for now.

JOEY- Hey, Chandler, when you see Frankie, tell him Joey says hello. He'll know what it means.

CHANDLER- Are you sure he's gonna be able to crack that code?

The Friends cast.

CHARMED - I loved this, i can't fault it at all, only problem with this show, it had me wishing that my mum would one day turn around to me and say "Ana, you have powers, your a witch and can freeze things with your hands". This show was great, i proffered when Rose McGowan's character Paige was brought into it, but i loved it from start to finish.

Favourite character: Piper.

Character to hate: The Crone.

Favourite Line: so many, this show is good for being hilarious.

PHOEBE- What are those?

PIPER- Slipcovers. To keep the furniture clean. Although I've come to the conclusion we should probably just stand from now on.

The charmed sisters.

ONE TREE HILL - I'm going to be honest here, i stopped watching it a while back and i didn't even get to the part where Peyton was pregnant with Lucas's child, the last thing i remember happening here is Lucas chose Peyton over Lindsay, and then i stopped watching it. I don't quiet remember why i did, but i guess it just happened. I do however want to start from season one again, and this time finish it! One Tree Hill taught me lots of life lessons.

Favourite character: Lucas. Peyton. Brooke. Hayley. Nathan. Mouth. Skills.

Character to hate: Dan Scott.

Favourite line: One Tree Hill is the show on TV with the best quotes for sure. Here's one.

BROOKE- Okay. Read it. Just skip to the last line. Go ahead.
LUCAS- What's wrong with the last line? "You're mine forever." Sounds pretty damn good to me.
BROOKE- Yeah. Sounds great. Sounded even better when I read it the first time last spring in another letter you wrote. To Peyton!

Lipstick Swatches.

Hey Babes,

I've been using one shade of lipstick quiet frequently throughout the month of January and that is "Sleek" 833 Fuchsia, which i mentioned in my last post. This colour has been on my lips throughout most of January and i love the shade. Not only that, but i have found that with "Sleek"  lipsticks they feel amazing, when on and when being applied. They just glide right onto the lips, (feeling mostly velvet like) they last for hours without fading and also mange to get people's attention to notice their gorgeous colours. While shopping around on eBay the other night, i also came by a "Collection 2000" lipstick and at £1.90 i brought it, just to see if i liked the colour and how it feels once on the lips. I brought Perfect Pink 1 - Volume Boost.

1. Sleek 833 Fuchsia.
2. Collection 2000 Perfect Pink 1.

As you can see by the shades, "Sleek" is a darker, deeper shade and in fact when actually looking at it, it looks like Barbie Lipstick! Where as "Collection 2000" is a lighter pink with hints of glitter (seriously, when your wearing this colour, you don't see the glitter..once the colour is wiped off your hands, your lips etc..glitter EVERYWHERE!) . Altogether i prefer the "Sleek" lipstick, it lasts longer, it feels nicer as it is applied and is more noticeable and vivid as a colour rather then the "Collection 2000" which..wipes off quiet easily, doesn't last very long and leaves glitter after application. I do however really like the colour of the "Collection 2000" lipstick swatch, and i do think the "Sleek" colour would be more suitable for nights out, (Even though I've been wearing the shade in my everyday life.. LOL).

Nails of the Day 31012011 & January Favourites ♥

Hello,

So my lovelies, another weekend down and done, and another weekend without any blogging from me. I tend to find it harder to blog over the weekend period as I'm never home, and i tend to spend most of my day with Danny enjoying the daytime and the evenings with him and friends enjoying the night life!! So I'm sorry.

Today is the last day of January therefore I've been thinking about doing a "Favourite" kinda thing at the end of every month, so for instance today's would be My January Favourites..and so on. I'm kinda excited to do this post as i never have before, it should be interesting.

First up though is a "Nails of the Day". I have to be honest, i took my acrylics off this weekend and I'm gutted that they have made my real nails flimsy. So weak and fragile and they've broken 3 of them. I'm also not impressed with how long my actual nails are after having the acrylics on for over a month. :( I know that fake nails just damage your real ones, but it still annoys me when i see the end result. URGH, when will i ever learn!

Anyways, here is the Nails of the Day (Without acrylics on).. My nails are crapp :sighs:

I used "Barry M" - 66 Matte White.

 I'm not too keen on this colour, not as much as i would have liked it, to be honest i think i prefer to see white nails on other girls rather then me. Firstly it reminds me constantly of Tippex, and secondly because its such a bright and vibrant colour it picks up any damage to your nails, which mine are suffering right now, Don't know how long i will be keeping this colour on for.
